2024 Risk Management Challenge - Final (PRMIA Institute)

Description

The Risk Management Challenge, a case competition of the PRMIA Institute, empowers undergraduate and graduate students by taking them beyond the classroom and giving them exposure to real-world business situations. The Challenge offers students the opportunity to apply the concepts they have learned and showcase their knowledge, critical thinking skills, leadership, and presentation abilities while competing to win a US$10,000 cash award.

The Challenge begins with registration opening September 11, 2023 through January 2, 2024 with the online preliminary round that runs through mid-January. The top teams from that round are chosen to advance to regional competitions, which will be hosted virtually by participating PRMIA chapters in mid-February. The winners of the regional competitions will compete in the international finals in March 2024. This in-person event in Boston, US will be hosted by its global sponsor, MathWorks, where the teams will present their case solutions to an industry panel of judges.
