Organised by BSSC’s Centre for Sustainable Governance and Law in the Built Environment, the panel discussion chaired by Dr Armando Castro examined the evolving landscape of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) in the built environment. The event featured guest speakers Jeremy Glover (Fenwick Elliott), Sara Ibrahim (Gatehouse Chambers) and Thomas Goodhead (Pogust Goodhead).
The sold-out event brought together academics and legal practitioners, fostering discussion on current ESG regulation and high-profile disputes. Speakers and audience members explored key topics including greenwashing, climate contracts, forthcoming ESG regulation, human rights governance, diversity initiatives and professional negligence in the context of ESG.
