Grant Writing Workshop for Early Career Researchers

Description

12 participants were selected for this workshop - organised by the Development Studies Association's Urbanization and Development Study Group - based on their interest, quality of their proposal and fit with the urban and development themes. Participants received mentoring and advice from leading scholars with experience of a wide range of funders. The workshop comprised an initial session followed by a roundtable and an intensive session coinciding with the DSA2022 Conference. It also required participants draft a funding application outside of the main workshop sessions and react to expert feedback on it. Participants received free registration to the DSA2022 Conference.
