Over the past decade or so, I have been involved with the UN S/R on Freedom of Assembly (taking part in a round table with activists and lawyers for his country visit in Jan 2013, and follow-up in 2016) with the UN S/R for extra judicial executions on his work on use of force at protests (2014) and in his work on drafting what became UN General Comment 37, and with the UN S/R on Environmental Defenders during his country visit in Jan 2024
