My background is an Occupational Therapist/CBT Therapist for the NHS. As well as my post at the University of East Anglia, I deliver private CBT sessions to develop my clinical skills and meet the accreditation requirements for the British Association of Cognitive and Behavioural Psychotherapists (BABCP).
