Description

Leading a project for UEA & The Offshore Wind Industry Council. “Clearing the Pathway for Women in Wind”, is part of the Offshore Wind Sector Deal agreed by industry and Government, which includes a commitment to ensure that women make up at least 33% of the workforce by 2030, with a 40% as a stretch target. Currently the number stands at 18%. The project takes an intersectional perspective on such issues, with long term aims to offer industry solutions and a practical organisational framework. The project lauched at EEEGR's SNS Confrenece on May 25th 2022 and East Wind Cluster Meeting May 24th 2022.
