The organizing committee was led by Ana Marques, and included several other members of the Accounting and Quantitative Methods group  of NBS: Ricardo Malagueno, Pinar Guven-Uslu, Fabio Motoki, Denis Lima e Alves, and Januario Monteiro. Two PhD students of the group provided additional support to the conference: Alhanouf Almubarak, and Ujjal Mondal.
