Description
This dataset contains four zipped subfolders: code, data, final_figures, and model_summary.
code: This folder contains the R-scripts used to wrangle and analyze the data.
1_Data_Input.R is the initial data wrangling file that compiles and ensures the data is ready for analysis.
2_Clim_Win.R is the file used to perform the climate window analysis.
3_Divorce_Analysis.R is the file used to perform all of the analyses regarding divorce.
4_Reproduction_Analysis.R is the file used to perform all of the analysis regarding reproductive success.
data: This folder contains all the data used in the manuscript and some additional data used during data exploration. The following files are important for the final manuscript.
climwinfig.xlsx is the data resulting from the climate window analysis used to create the climate window analysis plot.
partnership_data_20230113.xlsx is the main dataset used for all model analyses. There is a seperate README file in this folder that explains all the variables used in the manuscript.
raw_status_data_20221101.xlsx is the data file containing the breeding statuses of the individuals during the study period which is used in conjunction with sys_Pedigree_Combined.xlsx (genetic pedigree file) to assess genetic offspring.
tblNestInfo.xlsx is the data file containing information regarding the number of nests in every given year.
tblGenParentageDetails is the data file containing the parentage data required to assign co-breeders.
tblWeather.xlsx is the data file containing the rainfall data for each given month in each given year.
tblInsectSamplingCounts.xlsx, tblInsectSamplingCountsRaw.xlsx, tblVegLeafSizes.xlsx, and tblInsectSamplingDetails.xlsx are data files containing information on insect abundance in every given year (not used in final manuscript).
final_figures: Contains the figures used in the manuscript which are created using the previously described data and R-scripts.
model_summary: Contains all of the statistical model summaries that are used as tables in the manuscript, which are created using the previously described data and R-scripts.
