Evaluation of teaching materials at Liceo Scientifico di S.Giovanni in Fiore, Cosenza, Italy

Impact: Cultural Impacts

Who is affected

77 A-level students and two mathematics teachers

Narrative

This impact is part of my case study 'The arithmetic of infinity: informing school teaching', whose goal is to introduce into A-level teaching the new numerical calculus invented by Yaroslav Sergeyev, on whose applications my current research revolves. I have prepared teaching materials in the form of a booklet for students to use and I am currently disseminating them both in the UK and Italy, while running evaluations of the materials with students, in order to test their accessibility and usefulness.
