FORT-iNET Lab envisions a future where intelligent networks are resilient, secure, and trustworthy, addressing the critical challenges of cybersecurity, cryptography, blockchain, future networks, IoT security, quantum communication, and social cyber engineering. Through cutting-edge research, we aim to develop next-generation solutions that ensure the safety, privacy, and reliability of digital infrastructures in an increasingly interconnected world.
Our lab fosters strong industrial collaborations with leading organizations, including BT, AVIVA, Norfolk Police, ARM, NCSC/GCHQ, Vodafone, and UKPN, to bridge the gap between academic research and real-world applications. By working closely with industry partners, we ensure that our innovations have direct societal and commercial impact.
FORT-iNET Lab actively engages with funding bodies such as EPSRC and Innovate UK, securing grants to drive impactful research at both national and international levels. Through strategic collaborations with global research institutions and organizations in the USA, India, Luxembourg, Germany, and beyond, we strive to shape the future of secure, intelligent, and resilient networks.
By integrating AI-driven security mechanisms, post-quantum cryptographic solutions, and privacy-preserving technologies, we are committed to pioneering solutions that safeguard emerging digital ecosystems, empowering industries, governments, and societies for a more secure and resilient future.
