I have had a long term interest in logic, leading to me learning to program at a young age. This lead to taking part in various game-dev competitons, and later developing basic AI to learn to play simple games like Tetris. I am also a keen quizzer, being part of a general knowledge quiz team in the past. Other interests include reading, gardening, and 3d modelling.

My primary research interests are machine learning, in particular classification of signal based data. This then links to my my secondary area of interest, neuroscience, using neuroscientific signal data such as EEG or fMRI to better understand the mechanics of the brain.

-       Final year project involved working in a group to develop open-source software, with a focus on EEG data and state of the art classification methods.
