Academic Background
Aidin became a part of the University of East Anglia (UEA) in 2022 in the capacity of a senior research associate. He assumes the role of the linchpin in the realist review within the TaIlored ManagEment of Sleep (TIMES) project and concurrently contributes as a member of the qualitative study team.
Aidin earned both his B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Health Services Management from Shiraz and Iran Universities of Medical Sciences. Subsequently, he pursued and successfully obtained a Ph.D. in Health Sciences from the University of York. With over a decade of experience, Aidin has been actively engaged in research and teaching, with a particular focus on healthcare management and health policy. His expertise extends across various research methodologies, including literature reviews and qualitative studies within the health sector.
