Ana welcomes postgraduate research projects in the field of English Language Teaching and Applied Linguistics in particular, and in education in general. She is particularly interested in learner-centred pedagogies, bottom-up approaches to teaching, learning and research, teacher development and teacher research, exploratory practice, criticality-development-based pedagogies, teaching language through literature, creative and learner-centred approaches to assessment, and innovative approaches to learning, teaching and research.
