Academic Background
Andrea Calef joined the School of Economics in September 2019 as an Assistant Professor. He received his PhD from Queen Mary University of London in December 2018 and his MSc degree from Bocconi University in 2012. He worked as a research intern in the economy team of Syz AM (2013) and as a PhD trainee in the DG MIP/MIT of the European Central Bank (2016). Andrea Calef is interested in Banking, International Finance, FinTech, ESG and Impact Investing.
