Biography

I am the Course leader for the full-time MBA and a Lecturer in Business Management  at Norwich Business School with a professional background in the private sector, working for a European PLC, SME's, entrepreneurial organisations'  and a global corporation during periods of expansion, recession and acquisition.

I offer the ability to relate theory to real world experiences having worked across a broad range of business contexts, from both strategic and operational perspectives. I have developed high levels of business and technical expertise; including representing the United Kingdom on global ISO technical committees.

My academic interests include Organisational Behaviour, Operations management, Organisational Strategy, Organisational Change and its impact on  the psychological contract and Lean Services in Public and Private sectors.

I have a wealth of educational experience, managing and delivering on post graduate, undergraduate and professional management development programmes within both Higher Education  institutions in the UK and also bespoke programme design and delivery for public, private and non for profit sector organisations.
