Academic Background

Caroline was appointed a palliative care consultant at the NNUH in 2017, and Clinical Associate Professor in 2022.  Her areas of research interest are mental capacity/consent in end of life, neurodegenerative disease (Motor Neurone Disease) and service redesign/commissioning. 

Caroline is the palliative care lead for the East of England RDN and is a reseacher with the ARC Palliative Care Theme (led by Professor Morag Farquhar).
