Biography

Dr Cesar Orsini is a Dental Surgeon and an Associate Professor in Medical Education at Norwich Medical School, UEA (UK). He holds an MEd, and a Doctorate in Health professions Education from the University of Glasgow (UK). He maintains an active research portfolio in collaboration with British, Dutch, Japanese and Chilean academics, which is currently oriented towards academic motivation and self-regulation in health professions education, faculty development, and teaching and learning methods. He is the lead for HEA professional recognition and tutor within the MClinEd, PGCertClinEd, PGDipClinEd, and MBBS programmes of MED. He is the Module lead for HSC-7165E and HSC-7166X, and course lead for the Developing Teaching Skills for the Clinical Educator course. Cesar is also an external examiner for Warwick Medical School in their Health Professions Education programmes.
