Biography
Dr Cesar Orsini is a dentist and an experienced academic in Health Professions Education, currently an Associate Professor in Medical Education and Course Director for the Postgraduate Clinical Education and Leadership programmes at Norwich Medical School, University of East Anglia, UK. With a Doctorate in Health Professions Education from the University of Glasgow, UK, and extensive experience in research and teaching, Dr Orsini's work focuses on learners' and educators' motivation and self-regulation, faculty development, and innovative teaching and learning methodologies. He has published widely in leading scientific journals and plays an active role in leading local, regional, and international faculty development programmes aimed at enhancing educational practices for clinical educators. His commitment to advancing the scholarship of teaching and learning has earned him numerous honours, including the Early Career Award from the Association for Dental Education in Europe and Senior Fellowship of Advance HE (SFHEA).
