I am a Rheumatologist with a clinical and research interest in primary systemic vasculitis. I am a full-time clinician at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital with honorary links to the university. I graduated from Saurashtra University in India. I have a Masters from the University of Oxford, a Doctorate (Medicine) from Saurashtra University and a Doctorate (Philosophy) from the University of East Anglia. I am currently working on the following projects -
1. Artificial Intelligence to recognise static ultrasonography images of transverse images of arteries for Giant Cell Arteritis
2. EULAR recommendations for the management of PMR and LVV
3. The utility of basic laboratory tests to form a pre-test probability for Giant cell arteritis
4. The frequency of false-positive PET-CT scans demonstrating aortic uptake in cancer
5. Periodicity of incidence of ANCA associated vasculitis in Norfolk - 1991-2020.
