Dr. Dale Green is a postdoctoral researcher in the group of Dr. Garth A. Jones. His research in theoretical chemical physics focuses on quantum dynamical models of ultrafast ultrabroadband 2D electronic spectroscopy in collaboration with Prof. Steve Meech and Dr. Giovanni Bressan.
He completed his PhD in the same group, developing a holistic model for time-resolved spectroscopy of vibronic systems using open quantum system dynamics to accurately reproduce spectral lineshape and broadening.
His main research interests are in understanding and modelling the fundamental physical processes essential to the development of future energy technologies, including light-matter interactions and subsequent competing transfer and dissipation of energy within quantum systems.
