Dr. Daniel Rovenpor received his PhD from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2016, and then was a postdoctoral fellow at The Ohio State University. He joined UEA as a Lecturer in Psychology in September 2018.
His research examines A) how emotions shape attitudes and information processing, B) how motivational factors shape emotion, and C) how basic emotional processes influence broader societal issues such as intergroup conflict and support for social justice.
