After graduating from the PGCE here at the UEA, I taught Reception and Year 1 for over 12 years. I then moved to Key stage 2 where I taught Year 4, 5 and 6. During my teaching career, I trained as a Maths Specialist Teacher and became the Mathematics lead across my partnership schools. This fueled my passion for the subject and my desire to prove that mathematics is an enjoyable and creative subject that anyone can access.
