Personal profile
Key Research Interests
I am a physical oceanographer, primarily studying ocean dynamics through numerical models and observational data. My doctoral research focuses on the circulation of the Nordic Seas, a region of great research value. For example, this is where the Atlantic Water and the Arctic Water meet, the Norwegian Sea contains numerous mesoscale eddies, and the Greenland Sea is significantly influenced by sea ice and freshwater input. These factors interact to create complex ocean dynamic processes, which are at the core of my research.
