Biography
Ellie is a part-time PhD Candidate in Law at the University of East Anglia researching the use of trademarks as keywords in sponsored search advertisement and its relationship with competitive policy. In 2018, she was granted the Faculty of Social Sciences Studentship for her PhD.
During her PhD, Ellie has worked part-time, including as an Associate Tutor for the Intellectual Property Law module. Prior to starting her PhD, Ellie obtained an LLB and an LLM in International Commercial and Competition Law from UEA. She was awarded the Sir Roy and Lady Catherine Good Prize for Best Dissertation and the Best Overall Grade Prize for her LLM cohort.
