Personal profile

Key Research Interests

My research interests lay in the intersectionallity between Applied Lingusitics, Psycholinguistics, and Language Learning (Education), especially in relation to Individual Differences.

My current project focuses on foreign language aptitude in multilingual children, and how it presents itself at different ages. I am also interested in the role of working memory, its relationship with aptitude, and how different aspects of working memory (phonological/executive) gain relevance at early or late stages of the second language acquisition process.
