Gareth's PhD thesis was published, with an additional chapter, by Cambridge University Press in 2013. The book is entitled: 'Vitiation of Contracts: International Contractual Principles and English Law'. He has also published articles on Land Law and Animal Welfare Law. Gareth intends to focus further research on Animal Welfare Law.
