Biography
Gillian Whadcoat is a Lecturer in Social Work, Director for CPD Adults and Director for Approved Mental Health Practitioners programme. She joined the School in 2006 and has BA Hons (London); MA Social Work/CQSW (UEA) 1992; GSCC Practice Teaching Award (UEA) 1995. Gill has taught overseas in the Middle East and Africa. She has worked as a Probation Officer in Norfolk taking on a variety of roles and responsibilities and has also worked for De Montfort University tutoring on the BA Community and Criminal Justice course, and has been an independent practice educator for MA Social Work students on a wide range of practice placements around the Norwich area.
