Biography

Helen is currently an Associate Professor in Cultural Politics, Communication and Media Studies. She joined the department of Politics, Philosophy, Language and Communication Studies in 2011 as a Lecturer in Media and Cultural Studies.

Key Research Interests

Feminism, Gender, Labour, the Creative industries, Fashion, Costume, Celebrity Culture.
