Key Research Interests

I have a keen interest in triage in emergency admission areas, and this provides the main focus for my research. I am currently exploring how nurses assess acuity, what the impacts of these decisions are, and how the process can be improved.

I started working in healthcare in 2007, and have been working in Acute Medicine since 2010. I am currently working as an Assistant Practitioner at the Norfolk and Norwich

Academic Background

I completed a BSc in Health Studies at City College Norwich, and a MSc in Health Studies at the University of the West of Scotland. I also completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Clinical Education. I am currently studying a Ph.D part time.
