Academic Background

Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour at Norwich Business School and member of the ESI research group. Fellowship (FHEA) at The Higher Education Academy.

Leading a project for UEA & The Offshore Wind Industry Council. “Clearing the Pathway for Women in Wind”, is part of the Offshore Wind Sector Deal agreed by industry and Government. The project takes an intersectional perspective on such issues, with long term aims to offer industry solutions and a practical organisational framework. 

Recently completed PhD research project at Siemens Energy AG, focusing on understanding resistance to digital change in the manufacturing sector. Research interests include digital change management, employee adaptability and creativity, and well-being in the workplace.

Industry research collaboration interests within energy sector include diversity and inclusion, digitalisation, and employee well-being.
