Personal profile
Academic Background
I am a Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour at Norwich Business School and a Fellow (FHEA) at The Higher Education Academy. Alongside my academic duties in research and teaching, I am also privileged to serve as The Energy Sector Champion at Norwich Business School and I am a proud member of the Institute Of Neurodiversity (ION).
I am an active member of the ESI Research Group within Norwich Business School. My research focuses on inclusion and diversity, particularly in male-dominated industries, and neuroinclusion in the workplace. Much of my research context is in the energy sector. I am open to supervision of PhD students in my area of expertise.
Currently, I am co-leading the project “Winds of Change: Building an Inclusive Future within the Offshore Wind Industry”, a collaborative effort between the University of East Anglia and Anglia Ruskin University. This project aims to uncover the key drivers for designing and implementing equality and wellbeing policies in the renewable energy sector. Our findings contribute directly to The Offshore Wind Industry Council’s People and Skills Plan, fostering a more inclusive and equitable future for the sector. The project was nominated for an Impact and Innovation award in 2025.
