Personal profile

Academic Background

I am a clinical academic radiologist interested in musculoskeletal imaging. My research to date has predominantly focussed on the development and use of quantitative imaging biomarkers of osteoarthritis derived from magnetic resonance (MR) imaging.

I read medicine at Magdalene College, Cambridge, graduating in 2010. Following this I joined the Academic Foundation Programme in Norwich, obtaining the MRCP in 2012. I then entered Radiology specialist training in Norwich, being awarded the FRCR in 2015. I undertook a period of research at the University of Cambridge from April 2016, with the award of my PhD in 2019. During my PhD studies I spent a short period as a Visiting Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Radiology at Stanford University prior to my return to Norwich.
