Personal profile

Biography

I am a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), completing my Professional Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (ClinPsyD) at the University of East Anglia (UEA) in 2022. Prior to this, I studied at University College London (UCL) for my BSc (hons) in Psychology.

I have worked in the NHS for almost 10 years, within a range of clinical settings, including primary and secondary mental health services, neuropsychological rehabilitation services, physical health settings and autism assessment services. I have a particular interest in working with neurodivergent people across the lifespan, and specialise in autism and ADHD assessments, and adapted psychological therapies.

Alongside my clinical work, I work as a Clinical Lecturer two days a week on the ClinPsyD programme at UEA. My research interests include neurodiversity (e.g., impact of a late diagnosis of Autism in adulthood, family/carer needs) and NHS staff wellbeing (e.g., stress, perfectionism, coping, and burnout).
