Biography

With over 25 years’ experience in participant recruitment and research co-ordination, Jo Walther supports psychological research within the School of Psychology at the University of East Anglia through the development and management of adult and child volunteer registries. Her professional background spans market research, customer experience and audience insight, event and media research, and user experience research across commercial and academic environments. Her current work focuses on participant engagement, supporting developmental and behavioural research, and promoting public involvement and engagement in psychology research, including Patient and Public Involvement (PPI) activities that help shape inclusive and accessible research practice.
