Dr Joe Barker is a clinical lecturer on the ClinPsyD programme at the University of East Anglia and the founder and Clinical Director of Konnect Clinical Psychology. Joe currently works in the NHS as a Senior Clinical Psychologist, leading the development of a widescale mental health project supporting people living with HIV, trauma, anxiety, and long-term health conditions across Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, and Bedfordshire. Joe’s research on suicide prevention has been published internationally and he and has appeared on MQ as an expert on anxiety.
