I am a member of the Vegan Studies Research Network, and the MED / health and nutrition representative for the network. This is a multidisiplinary / inter school / institution research network.

I completed a Doctorate in Education at UEA on the subject of international student experience on an undergraduate medical programme.
I am currently a member of the 'PALMS' research group, based at UEA, looking at research into effective management for carpal tunnel syndrome.
