Areas of Expertise

Social interaction; Action understanding; Social perception; Visual Perspective-taking

Key Research Interests

My research interests lie within the field of social cognition and perception. I am interested in how we attribute intentions to other people's actions to understand their behaviour. My research investigates how our prior expectations can shape how we visually perceive other people's actions, imbuing them with meaning and purpose. I am also interested in visual perspective-taking and how the mere presence of others can shape how we visually perceive the world.
