Biography
Laura joined the Norwich Business School in 2017 as a Doctoral Research Student investigating multiple identities in the workplace for professionals taking on managerial responsibilities in Higher Education Institutions in the UK. Her wider research interests are centered around agency, identity and cognitive strategies in social contexts.
As an undergraduate Laura studied History, graduating with First-Class Honours, going on to postgraduate studies in History and then Psychology with a focus on Social and Occupational fields. Laura has worked in Professional Services at Higher Education Institutions in the UK for just under 10 years and currently works at the University of Cambridge.
