Personal profile

Areas of Expertise

Currently working full time for a cyber security start-up while completing minor corrections.

My research focus is effort-based decision making. I am interested in how we can measure effort in different contexts (e.g., for cognitive and physical tasks), as well as what other aspects matter for effort decisions. For example, how does a person's previous experience, competence, and the extent to which they percieve tasks to be enjoyable influence their willingness to complete more effortful tasks for greater reward, compared to easier tasks for lesser reward.

I am also working as an Associate Tutor in the Department of Psychology, and regularly guest lecture on cyber behavioural topics for both industry and academic organisations.
