Biography

I am a PhD researcher at Norwich Business School (NBS) under the supervision of Dr Arijit Bhattacharya and Dr Tomás Harrington. My industry-led research examines the relationship of employee engagement and improvement behaviour, and aims to accelerate the development of innovative capabilities to strengthen sustainable business performance.

I hold a MA in Automotive Management from the Nürtingen-Geislingen University (Germany) and a BA in Intercultural Communication with Business Management from the University of East Anglia.
