Biography

I am currently a PhD student at the University of East Anglia (UEA), within the Employment Systems and Institutions (ESI) Group, focusing on how employees with hidden disabilities unlock job resources. Prior to this, I completed my BSc in Psychology in 2022 and my MSc in Organisational Psychology in 2023. Both degrees were completed at UEA. Alongside my PhD, I am working as a Trainee Lecturer in Business Management at the London School of Science and Technology. My research interests are related to the field of Work and Organisational Psychology, and employee-wellbeing. Specifically, topics such as recovery from work-related stress, workplace rumination, and workplace inequalities.
