Academic Background
Enthusiastic, personable Renewable Energy Engineer, MENG (Hons). After gaining 8 years’ experience in the building industry Michael joined the University of Exeter as a mature student and completed a Masters in Renewable Energy Engineering. Michael has over 3 years’ hands on experience working with biomass, desalination and energy production systems in the field, in the UK and in Australia. Specialisations include system identification and dynamical systems modelling, data acquisition and control design, and construction, operation and testing of biomass systems in the lab and field. Michael is currently completing a PhD in Engineering at the University of East Anglia.
