Biography

Pierre joined the School of PPL in September 2016 as a Lecturer in European Politics. Prior to taking this position he was a post-doctoral research fellow in the interdisciplinary Centre for Environment, Energy and Natural Resource Governance (C-EENRG) at the University of Cambridge. He works on energy and climate change politics in Europe, as well as on European politics more generally. His current research interests include the external dimension of EU’s energy and climate policies, the politics of renewable energy promotion and the democratic governance of energy and climate change.
