Biography

Rasem joined the Norwich Business School in 2019 as a PhD researcher in the Innovation, Technology and Operations Management (ITOM) Research group under the supervision of Dr Nikolaos Korfiatis and Associate Professor James Cornford. Rasem holds a degree in Business Administration. BBA (Hons) and a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA). Additionally, he holds a Level 7 Diploma in Professional Business Consulting from Chartered Management Institute (CMI). Before joining NBS, Rasem had over ten years of experience managing businesses within the service and hospitality industries in Sweden.

Innovation and Organisational Transformation, Digital Business, Customer Satisfaction, Service Quality and Performance, Data-Driven Decision Making (DDDM) and Electronic Word-of-Mouth.
