Reetika Revathy Subramanian is a Senior Research Associate on the Successful intervention pathways for migration as adaptation (SUCCESS) research project at the School of Global Development, University of East Anglia.
She is currently finishing her Ph.D. at the University of Cambridge Centre for Gender Studies as a Gates-Cambridge scholar. She has spent over a decade working as a journalist and researcher writing on gender, labour migration and climate adaptation. Her doctoral research examines the links between early marriage and cyclical drought in western India.
She is the founder and host of the 'Climate Brides Podcast' and co-creator of the multilingual comic book, ‘Raindrop in the Drought: Godavari Dange’. She is also the co-convenor of the Womxn and Development Study Group of the Development Studies Association, UK.
