Reuben Weinstangel

Reuben is a PhD candidate at the University of East Anglia in the School of Psychology and the Norwich Business School. After many years working as a clinical psychology researcher and educator, I've returned to school as a mature student to pursue my passion for applied organizational research. I believe that by bolstering supportive team dynamics, we stand the best chance of improving workplace conditions for staff and organizations alike. Combining real-world experience with rigorous academic testing allows us to apply functional solutions in some of the most challenging work environments. I appreciate that UEA has offered me the opportunity to help employees working in high-strain and high-stake workplace settings, so that they may continue to improve the lives of those around them.
