Personal profile

Biography

I joined the University of East Anglia in September 2015. My areas of interest are performance management and reporting, management accounting and control systems, SMEs productivity and growth, and accounting and business ethics. I have published my research in several journals such as European Accounting Review, Management Accounting Research,  Accounting and Business Research, Accounting Forum, Journal of Business Ethics, and Small Business Economics. Before becoming an academic, I worked as a management accountant in several multinational companies including Unilever, AmBev, Telecom Italia Mobile and Bompreco (Walmart).
