Biography

My research focuses on management accounting, SME productivity and sustainability, and decision support systems. My work has been published in leading peer-reviewed journals, including European Accounting Review, Management Accounting Research, Accounting and Business Research, Accounting Forum, Journal of Business Ethics, and Small Business Economics. Prior to transitioning into academia, I worked as a management accountant in several multinational organisations, including Unilever, AmBev, and Telecom Italia Mobile. My research projects have received funding from a range of national and international organisations, including UK Innovate, AICPA & CIMA, the Ministerio de Ciencia e Innovación (Spain), CNPq (Brazil), South Norfolk and Broadland Council (UK), and the Generalitat de Catalunya.
