Samuel is a Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour and a PhD Candidate at Norwich Business School. His research is centred on understanding how employees' time perspective influences their attitudes and behaviour. Specifically, Samuel is examining the influence of future time perspective on achievement goals and job crafting among academics in Ghana and the United Kingdom. Before joining Norwich Business School, Samuel worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Ghana Business School, and as a Graduate Assistant at the Department of Psychology, University of Ghana. Samuel has his works published in high-standard peer-reviewed journals and has presented at academic conferences. He contributes to the academic discourse by serving as a reviewer for two well-known scientific journals in his field. Samuel aspires to be a distinguished scholar in Business Management with a specialisation in Organisational Behaviour. His main research interests include employee motivation, self-leadership and job crafting. He is also interested in studying time as a focal variable. He looks forward to collaborating with other highly motivated individuals in his field to revolutionise the academic discourse in the mentioned areas.
