Career summary

Following undergraduate training at University College London, I undertook my basic surgical training at St Bartholomew’s Hospital. My middle grade rotation in orthopaedics was in Oxford, and Senior Registrar rotation based at St Bartholomew’s. On completion of training I became a Senior Lecturer at the Institute of Orthopaedics, UCL, based at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, Stanmore. Since 1994 I have been a consultant orthopaedic surgeon in Norwich, and became honorary Reader at UEA in 2004.
